Hi, I’m Milly-Mae - founder of Wags & Whiskers, lifelong animal lover, and proud dog mum to my cockapoo, Obe!
I’ve grown up around dogs of all shapes and sizes, from gentle German shepherds to cheeky terriers and energetic collies, and my deep empathy and love for animals is at the heart of everything I do.
I started this business to give dogs the joyful walks, cuddles, and care they deserve, while giving owners peace of mind that their pets are in loving, trustworthy hands.
Whether it’s a gentle solo walk or an energetic group outing, I treat every pup like one of my own.

Our Terms & Conditions
Bookings:
Clients are required to schedule bookings in 48 hours in advance. Requests should be made by text/whatsapp message or via website booking.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due 24 hours in advance of scheduled walks. Preferred payment method is bank transfer, details on request, however cash will be accepted on agreement. Payments not received by the due date may incur a late payment fee.
Health & Vaccinations:
All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments. Owners must inform Wags and Whiskers if their dog is unwell or has any medical condition prior to the walk.
Behaviour:
Dogs must be well-socialised and non-aggressive to participate in group walks. Any history of behavioural issues must be disclosed in advance. Wags and Whiskers reserves the right to refuse service to any dog displaying unsafe behaviour.
Leads & Equipment:
Dogs will be walked on a lead at all times unless a signed off-lead section of consent form has been provided. Owners must supply a secure collar or harness with an identification tag.
Pick-up / Drop-off:
Wags and Whiskers will provide an estimated time window for pick-up and drop-off. Dogs must be left in an accessible and secure location for collection and return, which will be agreed and approved prior to appointments.
Group Walks vs Solo Walks:
A maximum of three dogs will be walked together on group walks. Only dogs who are well behaved and suitably socialised will be eligible for group walks.
Extreme Weather:
In cases of extreme weather conditions, walks may be shortened or replaced with appropriate indoor enrichment activities for the dog’s safety, this will be agreed prior to appointment.
Insurance and Liability:
Wags and Whiskers is fully insured. While every care is taken, Wags and Whiskers cannot be held liable for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
Photos / Social Media:
Photographs of dogs may be taken and shared on social media, for promotional purposes only, with prior owner consent.
